HINT: If you don't want to watch the ads, just close the app as soon as the ad starts and then reopen the app. The game loads right away right where you left off. That said, the game used to be fair but they must have changed the algorithm. I used to play level 5 and win a fair amount. Now I play on level 3 and almost never win. It's so obviously rigged, it's not even fun.

I'm a bit rusty so set the difficulty level to 'Beginner' (level 1 of 5). I usually play at Expert level online, been playing backgammon all my life and have beaten professional players! Expected to find a nice easy game at Beginner level, but no! Agree with other reviewers - dice rolls are definitely weighted in favour of the AI. Never seen anyone throw so many doubles! My last game AI threw 5 doubles in a row. Also ads very annoying, last forever and you can't get rid of them. Uninstalling...

Fixed Dice... I know they will say that they're not fixed, however, when I started playing at level 5 (as all other levels are too easy), I noticed a tendency of receiving the same throw (which was often a bad throw) 4 or 5 times in succession. This happens during around 1 in 3 matches. It's a shame because otherwise its a good game.
