StillCovered: Warranty Tracker

StillCovered is a warranty tracker and receipt organizer for the product warranties in your kitchen drawer. Photograph the receipt, and the app reads the shop, date and price on your phone. You check them, say how long the cover lasts, and the item joins your list.

THE COVERED LIST
The items you have recorded as still under warranty, with what ends next at the top. Each row shows the days left, and its colour changes as the end gets close. Above the list is one figure: what you paid for the goods still under cover.

SNAP A RECEIPT
Use the camera or a photo you already have. The shop, purchase date and total are suggested, and nothing is saved until you have checked them. Add the item's name, a photo and the serial number. Choose a cover length in months, or an exact end date. Keep a photo of the receipt with the item's details.

WARRANTY EXPIRY REMINDERS
Reminders 30 days and 7 days before cover ends, on the day before it ends, and on the day before a return date. Change the days and the time in Settings, or turn alerts off for a single item. Your phone's settings have to allow notifications.

A CLAIM PACK WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS
Write down what is wrong and add photos of the fault. StillCovered builds one PDF with the receipt, the item photo, the serial number, the dates and your note, ready to attach to an email.

EXTENDED COVER
Add a second period to an item, such as a paid extension or the cover a credit card adds. Each has its own dates, and the list counts the one that ends last.

YOUR RECORDS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
No account and no cloud. Your warranty records and receipt photos are stored on your phone, and receipts are read there. The app uses Google services for ads, crash reporting and usage statistics. Export a backup file with your records and photos that you can save or share using your phone, and restore it on another phone.

PLANS
The standard tier keeps up to 8 items, with receipt reading, alerts and backup, and shows a banner on the Ended tab. The full app adds unlimited items, claim packs and extended cover, and removes the ads. What you have saved is never locked.

WHAT STILLCOVERED DOES NOT DO
It keeps the dates and records you enter. It does not know the terms of your warranty, cannot say whether a claim will succeed, and does not contact a shop or a maker for you. It is not legal advice.

For a whole-home record, room by room, this is not the app: StillCovered keeps one list of the things you bought and when their cover ends.
