The app is "ok" but when it could not match my phone contract details, I called my service provider, and on trying to enter my correct details the app had removed the option to add a mobile phone contract. Unable to get through to customer "service" by phone, I sent an "urgent " email, which received a response 2 days later, which was payronising and failed to address the issue. I might add that by this stage it had already taken 4 days to try to get the app to work properly. AVOID!

The lag is so massive in taking photos its impossible to make them not blurry without a tripod which most phones I would imagine don't have. Then there is no feed back on the"selfie" mode so it sits seeming doing nothing for 30 seconds then sometimes crashes during. Had to repeat the process several times to get it to finish then told photo too blurry, no kidding its hard to keep a phone still for 30 seconds at my age.

Awful. The instructions are written in white font, on a white background. Then I was asked to scan my passport and was given a template guide which didn't line up with my generic passport, and there was no option to upload a driving licence instead. As it is used by the government to verify your identity when signing up for benefits, I suspect this is done on purpose to make your life awkward for some reason but who knows.
