just a small but highly frustrating app behaviour. the address saving option allows for apostrophe, however when placing order by selecting the address from the list it throws a generic "bad user input" error. now me being a tech guy figured the apostrophe constraint after trying for a couple of times. I can imagine how frustrating this can be for non-tech people. Just don't allow saving addresses with unsupported characters or deploy better error handling.

my 3 orders got cancelled in the last one month. Every time they gave an excuse stating there is some issue with the warehouse. If you guys cannot fulfill the orders then why accepting orders and wasting time of your consumer. Have emailed to their customer care every time and every time just gives the same response and cancels the order and returns the money back. Disgusting.

My first purchase from PUMA’s official app has been a terrible experience. I requested a size exchange from UK 10 to UK 11 due to fitting issues. The shoes were unused, with all tags intact, yet the pickup agent marked QC as failed and PUMA cancelled the exchange. There is no proper way to contact customer support directly. You can only leave messages or send emails and wait for responses, with poor follow-up and confusing order statuses. I purchased directly from PUMA expecting better service.
