Edit: Recently the app just won't open, it's a shame. I really do like this game its not too bad. I was surprised to see wait times as usually buying apps bypasses that but at least you can speed up growth with food. I would like to see more features like choosing mutated genes as you can on the steam version. Honestly I think if anyone is interested in this they should also give the pc version on steam a shot, it's a lot more fun in my opinion.

I've really enjoyed this game, the breeding aspects are interesting and there's enough gene variations to get my teeth into it. The gathering mini game is simple but forces you to think about what you're breeding. I've managed to level up the gathering fields pass my Nichelings ability by playing the mini game. The difficult was increasing as the fields leveled up added enjoyment. I'm definitely going to look into the original game. The random gene boost is always positive, no inbreeding effects

I love this game, it's fantastic at teaching how genetics work and although simplified its very accurate to how genetics work in real life! I've been playing a while and unlocked the icy area, I'm now noticing I've not many genes left to discover so definitely hoping for more content in the future would have given 5* but feel the gameplay is a little slow at times with not a great deal to do waiting about. I'm also getting some crashing, but the game loads fast so not a big issue
