I get high traffic can slow the app down, but I've just tried booking an event I had a presale code for, I tried the website but every time I pressed the link it opened the app automatically. so I went with the app, and 11 times it crashed at checkout, causing me to lose my tickets. uninstalled the app, opened the browser, 4 minutes later I've got tickets booked! Shows the app isn't fit for purpose.

absolutely appalling app For having no choice but to use this app to buy tickets for most events I keep getting a lot of error messages even when I have my VPN switched off. The latest error coming up is when I'm searching for artists it's coming up unusual activity in this account even when I'm not even logged into my account. This app needs serious work. I never have these problems with smaller ticket site apps. To think it was more handier 30 years ago to purchase a ticket over the counter

Ticketmaster's near-monopoly presumably means they don't care what customers think. Just check out the reviews here. Nearly everyone thinks the app is terrible, and yet Ticketmaster make no effort to sort it out. I recently attended a show where the app would not reveal the barcode until after the show had started. Doors opened at 7, the first performance was at 8, and the barcode was not available till 8:01. Customer support acted like this was entirely normal. An embarrassment.
