EDIT - it's now June (5 mths since you were working on 'resolving the issue as soon as possible') - spoiler alert! - still not fixed. Website is also unusable, so will be leaving as soon as I can log in! App won't let me log in and keeps saying my username or password are wrong (they're not and they work on the website). Clearing cache and data doesn't work. Uninstalling and reinstalling works once them back to 'Oops'. App's poor enough (laggy etc) without not letting me even log in!

App as others say is very slow. I also find it frustrating when you filter for leggings say in your size and in a fabric/fit it shows you ones that also aren't in stock. Worst bit, from the UK? forget trying to get it to recognise you're in the UK. It was always frustrating I had to keep logging in everytime but now to tell it I'm in the UK, to enter email and password, click the pictures with traffic lights/boats/bikes etc then remember to click the captur box 😡 for it say not recognised.

App is as slow as their delivery device. I became a VIP member a week ago at the time of ordering my first purchase. The website is very slow and clunky so I downloaded the app in the hope it would be faster....and no it wasn't. I'm still waiting for my first order after paying for express delivery. Why it's taking so long I don't know. Contacting fabletics is easy...you just don't get a response.
