This game could easily be 5☆ because it has great gameplay, graphics, no forced ads & free coins. But the problem is that the free coins are few & far between. I'm lvl14 and get 58 coins every 4 hours. It's barely enough for 2 or 3 games, and even then that's only if you actually score any bingos. The return rate on coins spent vs reward is too poor to keep me playing. They want you to fork out with real money. I paid £1.99 for some coins and even that ran out so fast. Please work on this!

We're very sorry to hear that you're not enjoying the amount of free coins, Sian! 😓 You can get more coins by winning bingos, daubbing coin squares, collecting a daily gift, completing Daily Goals, playing bonus games, and completing bingo room achievements. We'll look into adding even more free coin rewards in a future update! 💰👐😊

It's all like children's Animated cartoon. That's not adult. I just want to play bingo for fun. I didn't know what I was supposed to press to get into a game. Then once I did play a game. I didn't know what to do after that to get another sitting. Caller speed needs to be adjusted for different player levels from beginner up. Icons were to small to know what they were. Just wanted continual plays to get practicing.

Sorry for the confusion, Steve! 😓 You'll want to open any of the unlocked bingo rooms and tap the number of cards you want to play to start the round. We have 5 different caller speeds that can be adjusted in the Settings menu of our game. You may benefit from Auto Zoom to zoom in on your cards. For more help, please message us in the game! 🙏🙂❤️

The functionality of the game is good, and gameplay is easy to follow. However, the win rate is so low, you'll only get about 10 mins of gameplay per day out of it. I'm sure this is a clever ploy to make you purchase additional coins but, in reality, the poor win rate actually means I'm less likely to do this as it just feels like a waste of money. The "daily goals" are also useless & unachievable, unless you purchase the extra coins to be able to play enough games to actually fulfil the goals.

We’re so sorry to hear you're disappointed with our game, Sara. 😞 We work really hard to make a fun game and try to be one of the most generous games in bingo! We offer the opportunity to collect and win free coins multiple times a day (even without ads). We're always grateful for feedback and hope you give us another chance soon!
