It cannot do the one fundamental thing a music player app needs to be able to -- reliably play back music without stopping. If the app is playing, and you put the phone down and just want to listen - it will eventually just pause/stop. Going back into the app sometimes makes it restart by itself, sometimes you need to hit play again. Seriously - this is the most infuriating app I have ever dealt with. And yes, I have tried every battery optimisation setting in Android. Nothing helps.

I like this app because it's a free add on extra with my Prime account. Being able to turn the volume up or down without having to switch my phone on is a +, I'm a first time user listening to music on my phone and this app is easy to use. *Edit: If you like playing your favourite songs more often, you're then unable to play them without being forced to listen to similar music afterwards from artists/music from the same genre. Great it's a free app but allow me to play what I want, when I want!

the literal point of the app is playing music, but is fails this. You have to constantly clear the cache on the phone or new songs may or may not add, deleting songs doesn't work, sometimes your playlists just totally change their play order. been this way for months. richest company in the world, can't produce a simple app that can manage a list. Get Google instead.
