HOW IT WORKS
Download the FREE Amazon Relay app. When collecting or dropping off at Amazon facilities, enter load information to get your Gate Pass in advance. Once you arrive at the gate, simply scan your Gate Pass for fast, easy check-in.
If you have received an invitation code from your carrier, sign in to unlock more features such as notifications if a load gets added or cancelled, and detailed instructions about your load. (Contact your motor carrier and ask if they participate in this programme).

Ok...this app gets gradually worse every update, the idea is great and I use it as required but its just the stupid little things that let it down, for example, when you are heading towards a roundabout it doesn't tell you which exit your going to need to take, sounds like nothing, but when you are approaching a roundabout in a class 1 vehicle it really matters which lane you get in and you want to Manoeuvre as soon as possible for you and for other road users. There is plenty more!!!

The GPS isn't the worst running in the UK, but since it has been updated it no longer shows an exit number on the display on roundabouts so if you have the voice off you have to glance at the screen to see the whole roundabout as you enter it.. the route planning is almost always wrong when collecting an empty trailer now. It says "live load" when it should say "collect empty trailer". This is a huge annoyance as the new feature which shows the trailers MOT and PMI status doesn't show.

Terribly designed app. Unreliable and outright dangerous. Has the programmers ever driven a vehicle on the road much less a wagon? Pointless popups covering 25% on the screen blocking the already limited view on the map. "Parking is not allowed here" while I'm on the motorway etc. The most important function of the gps is to notify the driver ahead of time but with the closeup view without a zoom out funtion you can come to a turning or roundabout before it appears and be on the wrong lane. F u
