Absolutely terrible customer service. Left me stranded without accommodation in a foreign country. After hours of calls, they agreed to reimburse additional expenses. Then, 2 months later, they are still finding ways not to do this (even though I have evidence of their agreement). I will no longer use them.

quick enough to take your money, but beyond that, genuine difficulty in trying to communicate with them. Chat bot, can't speak to a human, then they call you back, but their accent is unintelligible. Calls cut off. can't email them. Messaging system restrictive. They want to control the conversation and the evidence it would seem..

After booking online, I was prompted to download the app to display my confirmation. Having done so, there was no booking. I've confirmed that I made payment. The money is leaving my account, but there's no record of the booking. That's the sort of experience you'd be disappointed to get from a one-person business' first attempt at an app. Don't push your wretched app onto me - I don't want it clogging up my phone - but absolutely take a walk if it makes both my booking and my money vanish.
