Such a terrible app. Works fine on the TV, but on the phone it's so buggy, laggy and half the time I just get error messages. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cashe etc. tried mobile and WiFi data. I don't have this issue with any other streaming platform, it's literally just paramount plus. Absolutely shocking app given how high profile and wealthy the organisation is. I just want to watch Dutton Ranch, but at this rate I'm going to have to start sailing the seven seas.

Buggy. The worst streaming app hand in hand with Amazon. Want subtitles, turn on all possible options, no subtitles. Problem with the app? Clear cache, restart the device. How is that acceptable these days? Only paid to watch one specific thing, episodes crash, won't load. Clear cache, restart, right?! update. Streaming never happened. customer service awful. subscription cancelled and thanks for the refund.

Happy with content but app is a bugfest on Sony GoogleTV app. There is an error streaming the first item "An error has occured" - usually works on 2nd try. I am adfree but if a promo streams before the requested programme (why - its an annoying advert!) the programme streams with onscreen controls missing and doesn't record it as watched so next time you use continue a series it reruns the programme you already watched. Pause has to be pressed twice (once if controls are already visible).
