Fraudulent app. Ordered 4 t-shirts, 3 came in the wrong colour and one had a terrible quality print on it. nothing official, all cheap (but expensively priced) knock offs. They said they would process refunds, but instead I see that there is an unauthorised pending payment on my credit card instead. Will be reporting to the FCA, and ECCN. They also share your data, without giving you the option to opt out from the start.

At first I couldn't believe my luck with the super low prices. Then I realised you get what you pay for! Most of what I've ordered has been total rubbish. My biggest bugbear is that they use Evri 90% of the time as their UK courier. So now, not only does a load of rubbish arrive, you have to wait 4 weeks plus for it to get there. I think its safe to say that after several lengthy waits for items to arrive & then total disappointment we have lost faith in Joom & won't order anything else. 🫤👎

Easy to use app with simple features. Joom itself is exactly what you think, cheap products at cheap prices. If you're happy to wait 1-3 months it's fine. Understandibly it's not for everyone but for smaller items at cheap rates I think it's perfect. If you have realistic expections of what you'll get then you're fine, don't pay £3 for a £10 item and expect it to be top of the range. 👍
