The game is good but it's annoying that many deals are just not possible even with the filter set to all wins. Had some where no moves were possible with that setting turned on.I think the algorithm needs checking. The number of ads is annoying because it's in-between EVERY game. if you take a minute to complete one then you have to watch to get the next game. Ratio of ads to game play seems very high. I'm going to see if another app is any better.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Fortunately, there's a Setting for that! Please open the in-game Settings and swipe up to scroll down to the "Winning Deals" option. This menu lets you adjust the rate of Winning and Random deals, or set it to ask you each time. If you have any questions or feedback, please Contact Us. Thanks for playing!

I have loved this game for many years and really enjoyed it when they added the daily streak feature. However, the game glitched recently and has removed my almost 300 day streak, and after reaching out to customer services, nothing has happened, so I am very disappointed in the game and developer and might look for a new one. Edit: after almost a year this has again happened to me with little response from their support I thought this had been fixed and I am again very disappointed.

It's a poorly optimised app, it has a huge cache build up which can slow it down over time. It's nearly 1 GB of install data on the device, for a game that should barely clear 100mb. The ads are difficult to skip, constantly opening other apps and some are inappropriate for younger users (adult AI chatbots etc). The app can be fun, the events and levels etc. But it's difficult to live with the lack of optimisation and excess of ads.
