The slowest app in the world. Logging in into your account need OTP every and it takes lot of time, when you need to check your status or any information you need to wait for long time and even once the app is opened every step takes time which is very disgusting. Need to improve the app.

when login in it says, wrong user name and password, inspite everything was correct. also when resetting password, it says, member does not exist.

OTP not received!! I've never seen an app that needs an OTP every time I login. Even banks apps use biometric.
