Billed twice a month for individual subscription. For 3 months. No help from support services. Cancelled my account. No more prime scam.

Ads, ads, and more ads. Not one, not two, but a whole bunch of ads before every movie you start. Each one lasts over 2:30 minutes. And then, every few minutes, more ads pop up again. This is no longer advertising. This is psychological abuse of users who pay for a subscription just so you can bombard them with ads. You deserve a straight zero.
