SWAMI – Watch Air Mouse

SWAMI (SmartWatch Air Mouse Interface) turns your Wear OS watch into a Bluetooth keyboard, mouse, touchpad, air mouse, media and TV remote, and presenter. The other device sees the watch as a standard Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, so there is nothing to install there: no driver, no app, no account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Air mouse: point by moving your hand. Pinch to click, pinch and hold to drag, double pinch to pause or resume.
• Touchpad: tap, two-finger tap, drag and scroll on the round screen. Turn the bezel or crown to scroll.
• Keyboard: type on the watch or dictate. SWAMI types the text using the keyboard language you set for each device.
• TV remote: D-pad, OK, Back, Home, volume and media keys that behave like the original remote on Google TV and Samsung TVs.
• Media remote: play/pause, next, previous, volume and mute for music and video.
• Presenter: next and previous slide, blank screen, a pointer and a timer that buzzes on your wrist.
• Layouts and macros: presets for media, presentations, TVs and operating systems, plus your own layouts and macros. Share them as JSON or a QR code.
• Gestures: pinch, double pinch, fist, wrist flick and shake, each mapped to the action you choose, with a calibration for your hand.
• Tile and complication: connect to your last device or open a remote straight from the watch face.

WORKS WITH
Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, Android phones and tablets, iPad and iPhone (the pointer needs AssistiveTouch), Google TV, and Samsung Tizen TVs and Odyssey monitors. Anything that accepts a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse should work.

GOOD TO KNOW
• One device at a time. Android lets the watch act as keyboard and mouse for one device at once. You can pair many devices and switch between them in a second or two.
• Google TV only accepts connections that the TV starts. Pair and reconnect from the TV: Settings > Remotes & Accessories.
• The phone your watch is set up with cannot be its host. Use another phone, a tablet, a computer or a TV.
• A foreground service with an ongoing notification keeps the connection alive while the screen is off. The motion sensors run only while the air mouse or gestures are active.
• Typed characters follow the keyboard layout of the other device; set it per device on the watch.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads, no account, no analytics, no tracking and no internet access. The only permissions SWAMI asks for are Nearby devices (Bluetooth) and notifications for the connection status. Your settings, layouts and paired devices stay on your devices.
