P2P Scam Support: The platform's customer service sided with a fraudulent P2P merchant, forcing me to use an unsafe external link for identity verification (KYC), which risks identity theft. They even allowed the seller to deduct fake "transfer fees" for a free Revolut transaction. Unprofessional and unsafe for buyers! Weak Trading Bots: The automated trading bots on this platform are very primitive and lagging behind the competition. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this platform
