Love the game, good spread of difficulty when ranking up in the campaign ladder (that you can switch between with ease) good drop rate from crate and good design for leveling up components, only things I can complain about is that when you pay real money for tokens, the drops out the premium box aren't so good, especially when you get hit with a transform crystal, not even sure what they're for! Also, when you rank up to 15 in the arena ladder, you are forced to use 2 mechs instead of being given the option to use one, feels like you are trying to extort money out of people in order to build a mech capable of progress at these levels because you need to have them there and then... The only way to do this is buy paying real money (unless you know this is coming and set aside components, but there is no warning of this)... Not happy about the new, unwanted features.

Had an account for 8+months, invested a lot of time into the game, played it daily, spent a little money on it then boom! My account gets blocked with no way of regaining access to it. Absolute waste of time, effort and money. Seems to be a common occurance with other players experiencing the same thing so definetly not worth it in the long run.

To be honest this is one of the game I play most. Personally for me it's a good game. But the problem is the premium chest Instead a 'change of legendary' if you can make it like "one legendary is guaranteed" it would help most of the players Because some plays for more than a year but still can't get premium item and some quit entirely. So, Developer consider my advice. Thank you
