Seems to be user friendly and I haven't issues with the app. Occasionally I do need to call for absolute clarity and even then, the staff is kind and will verify information needed.

When making a claim, there is no visibility of the claim once submitted, until it has been paid. there is also no receipt or notification that the claim has been submitted successfully. This is annoying when trying to Jeep track of multiple claims. A list of 'pending' or 'submitted' claims would be very helpful. I suspect it may reduce duplicate claims being made also.

There doesn't seem to be any way to view transactions or previous claim details. Is this coming or do I need to get into the full version to see them? Mar 2024. I logged in, turned on biometrics, logged out, then logged in again to find Biometrics was now turned off and to set it up again. This repeated a few times and even reinstalled the app until I got sick off trying. What's wrong with the app and biomerics?

Hi Keith, thanks for your feedback. While this version of the app doesn’t include a claims history it’s something we’re looking at for future versions. In the meantime, you can view your claims history in Online Member Services at guhealth.com.au. Thanks, Stacey
