This app seems reasonably slick for check in and other flight information but being unable to check baggage allowances for your flight seems like an omission of basic functionality. Sending customers from the app to a web page which says "We are unable to show your baggage allowance. Refer to baggage information. This will open a new tab or window in your browser" is not a good UX.

How can Qantas confirm the flight schedule then change the connecting flight to depart before the first flight takes off, not by a few hours but by 27 hours! That too after taking extra money for seat selection then being completely unhelpful and asking me to contact the agent who will charge an additional fee to revert to the original schedule. There's no guarantee Qantas won't repeat the underhanded tactic again to extort more money. Completely at their mercy and they couldn't care less. Gits!

Cannot change flights, choose new date, press continue, comes up with an error page "empty request". A month after submitting my data to the Tech team after they contacted me and nothing..nada. Website didnt work either. Tried different phones,laptops, browsers etc. In the end didnt change my flight, I would have to contact Qantas by phone, pay for a very expensive phone call (using UK sim) and an admin fee. So much for flex fare. I will look at other airlines next time I fly to Australia.

In this release:
All Qantas flights into SYD, MEL, PER & BNE are eligible for Australia Travel Declaration - a digital alternative to the Incoming Passenger Card when entering Australia.
Additional international economy flights have menus available in app. See ‘Guide Me Through My Trip' or 'Onboard Experience’ to access your menu inflight or prior to departure. Currently available on select routes departing Australia, with more coming soon.
