Dremova Sleep Journal is a personal, offline sleep tracking app built for anyone who wants to better understand their rest. No account required, no internet connection needed — everything stays on your device.
Each night, open the journal and log your sleep entry: record when you went to bed and woke up, rate the quality of your rest on a simple scale, and add mood notes or observations about how you felt. Over time, these entries build a picture of your sleep habits.
The app includes visual graphs so you can spot trends — whether your sleep quality dips on certain days, how your mood correlates with rest duration, or whether your bedtime is drifting later over the week. Charts are clean and easy to read without any technical knowledge required.
A subtle, geometric background pattern keeps the interface visually grounded, and emoji elements throughout the UI make the experience feel approachable rather than clinical. On first launch, a brief onboarding flow walks you through the core features.
Settings let you choose your preferred date and time formats, default sort order for entries, and which tab opens when you start the app. You can also replay the onboarding tutorial at any time from settings.
Dremova works entirely offline. There is no sync, no backup, no export — just a quiet, private space to reflect on your sleep.
Track your nightly sleep, log mood notes, and visualize rest patterns over time.
