This app is currently rubbish and is preventing me from getting value from my membership! It feels like 99% of the time I try to use it I get an error message ("Oops something went wrong") or it says it's too busy and to try later. On the rare occasion I do get in, it often freezes so I can't complete my booking. I've been a member for nearly 2 years & it used to be ok but has been really bad for the last 2 months. I'm getting really frustrated as I really want to book classes and can't. Grrrr!

*Update on 26/06/24 - The app has been behaving much better for the last month or so. Occasionally a little slow to respond but none of the frustrating error messages - increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars* The app is well designed but difficult to use because it is so slow to load and frequently gives an error message of "oops something went wrong" before I've even tried to do anything (and when I have). The frequency of this error message and the slow loading make it a very frustrating app.

It's not user friendly; it doesn't have search buttons an everything takes too much time. also, the app could be used as a mean to enter the clubs. it doesn't have information about additional classes, available only for premium members, and therefore, you forget that you have booked a class like that, since there is no reminder.
