The app lost my password. Can't login via website. Login screen doesn't work with phone keyboard. As I'm typing, the screen progressively gets darker. I accidentally omit a character. No way to go back except to backspace back to where the character needs to be and to retype. Guess what a viewer never wants to do: Spend 10 f'ing minutes trying to get an app to work.

purchased new TV that is not a Roku TV which is what I purchased my acorn subscription through and now when I try to sign in to my Acorn account it says I don't have an account. I paid for a year's membership that is up until 06-13-2027. I want to know what I'm supposed to do about this because you have my money and I don't have the ability to use my subscription
