For a free app the workout works well. Your notified to do your exercises, it would be better, if it were more obvious, how many times a day you could/should do them, say through a timer notification. The graph seems to differ from the main exercise notification when it comes to progression. Left a little confused whether its once a day or more.

It's not bad but I prefer the countdowns on other apps, I'd like to see how much time is remaining on the exercises as it is motivating and helps you check if you have time to do them. Also once you start there's no countdown or warning so suddenly you're meant to be squeezing for one second without warning. Its annoying that you can't change the notification time or add in more than one. I want to do them three times a day but once I've done them once it says this day is complete.

Brilliant! It makes doing kegels so easy. I like it even more after I discovered that if I go to settings and press the current level I'm at, I can see how many days left per level and can see future levels etc. One thing tho, would love to have an option to disable the vibrations. They are brilliant when alone but sometimes I remember about kegels at 11pm when I'm in bed and it's quite tricky to start the app with husband sleeping next to me. So, disable vibrations and it's gonna be 10 stars.
