After several years of playing this game, which I paid for, it has lost all my progress and 500 hints. I believe these are stored on the author's servers, and I've emailed support but got no response, not even to acknowledge the email. If you're thinking of installing this, I wouldn't bother and spend your time and money on something else.

Good game, stays easy for far too many levels, but shaping up to be very good soon (I got 100+ levels in). BUT deal-breaker: the rewards/hints system needs a complete overhaul. Hints should replenish even if you have to wait a whole day, or should be earnable, or both. I succumbed in the end and chose to watch an ad but it hung trying to open one, at which point the build-up of irritations reached tipping point so now I'm uninstalling. I feel coerced: not paying real money, it isn't THAT good.

Love this game, but when I had a new phone I lost my progress, hints and purchases. I didn't want to start at the beginning again so I emailed Wordbubbles and they kindly sent me a code to restore my progress, but not my hints and purchases. Would be easier if you could save progress in the game settings.
