Not only did the developers acknowledge that at the present time there are issues with the save's not syncing and as such progress has and will continue to be lost until this is resolved. I have a subscription which I am not getting the benefits of because of this issue. I have also since been notified that if I was to ever cancel my subscription any daily tokens I have used to unlock special puzzles to play in the future will be removed and puzzles take locked again until I re-subscribe.

This app has gone so far downhill. Why have they decided that the rewards can no longer be saved for when you need them, but must be used immediately when unlocked. This is utterly pointless, I just completed my last puzzle for today and the reward unlocked free helpers for an hour, just as i have finished playing. Please undo this madness and give players the choice back !!!!

Thanks for your feedback. You can save up to 10 bonus cards of the same type. If your storage is already full, you can still use new cards you receive immediately. Use some of the cards you already have to free up space to save new ones later.

Have signed up for a yearly subscription at the start of July but now it doesn't show that I have a subscription and is trying to get me to use tokens etc. I have performed the steps advised and contacted in app support but am not receiving any response. Very disappointed with an app I've used for a long time.
