Can't access a lot of the basic important controls as the buttons are hidden under phone navigation bar at the top of the phone screen. Caused so many problems on market day lost sales because of this. Such a clunky system in general which keeps failing. Basic user experience design missing and much needed. Absolutely baffling how a company as big as Barclays are supporting this!

terrible app. you can cancel a transaction but are then stuck on the payment screen and can't get out. looks like the app screen is bigger than my phone screen but wont let me scroll it, maybe there is a cancel button I can't see but this is so poorly designed .

Classic case of something that actually works being fixed. This new App is useless. The staff haven't got a clue. Someone will tell you that you can only register a single device on the account - another will tell you the opposite. Someone will tell you that a new cardreader needs to be purchased & another will say thats not the case THE APP DOESN'T WORK. It doesn't stay connected to cardreader. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T DELETE OLD APP. I bet huge bonuses were paid out for rolling out this piece of
