I'm playing this game for a long time and paying for extras. After the new update I couldn't access some features , so I decided to reinstall if it helps and now I can't even login to the app. So I'm missing on Royal pass I paid for , club eggs and all around that, daily tasks, I couldn't access inbox so all prizes I should be having in are gone and so on. Big disappointment.

Love this game. But having difficulties in the game. All my tasks are saying to re login. Signed out cleared cache and logged back in same problems. Please fix Still not working. Wouldn't let me load on main page. Done the delete and reinstall waited a while. And still won't load at all. I've seen other people's reviews and they have similar problems. Normally it wouldn't bother me but I've spent money on this app in the last 48 hours. Nothing will load at all.

It takes time to load the content. Please wait for a while in the lobby and reload your game to see if it gets fixed.

Developer responses to not being able to progress in the game don't actually address the issues with the game. After you get a certain way in you don't get enough daily tickets to play more than a couple of games per day. You stop winning any of what you need to progress and it is impossible to complete daily tasks without paying money. While playing, you can't get any boosters that were available to you as you mark numbers off and a popup appears mid-game asking you to give money.
