With advances in tech, cloud storage should be cheaper, larger, & easier, not smaller, more expensive, & more difficult. Especially when you pay $140-$170 for a frame, it should all be included. Now Nix decides to just change their terms? What started as a great idea, has now become a money grab. Don't waste your money on this, especially when shared cloud storage exists and apps that can broadcast pictures to your smart TV, for a more reasonable price, you probably are already paying for.

Overall features are great. The frame has brought tremendous joy to my over 90 y/o mother who can now follow her great/grand/children around the world. The app is good too, however on a regular basis, the presentation settings (transition type to be percise) change and there is no way of knowing the pictures are not being properly displayed until someone visits my mother and tells me. Therefore, there is an issue with the reliability of the picture presentation.

Great product but App needs work. We regularly download photos from Tinybeans that our sons post. Sometime they appear in the app to upload but sometime they do not. Yet if we look in the download folder they are there. There is no way to sort photos in the app. Thus is annoying as the app used to work so well but recent updates seem to have caused this issue.

Thanks for your feedback, Mark. For now, Photo Gallery is sorted by capture date and not by import date. A workaround could be to change the sort order from 'All media' to 'Download'. Ryan
