I do really enjoy the gameplay, but I'm finding that you need gems to progress. In order to upgrade aspects of the hotel, you need to spend gems and coins. Coins can be earned, but the gems can't. Unfortunately, some levels require these upgrades (for instance, if you need a specific amount of coins to pass the level). If there was a daily gift of gems (of a more substantial amount), or something similar, that'd be pretty helpful. But it's impossible to progress if you're stuck, without buying.

Hello! Don't worry: purchases are not a mandatory part of the game. Try to actively collect daily rewards, watch videos, participate in mini-games and competitions — plus endless levels and inviting friends also give crystals. A little regularity works wonders. Good luck to you!

Absolute diabolical game, it's a pay-to-win, the only way to get past some levels is basically pay to get the power ups, had one level where I had to match, everyone wanted food, drink and a towel and the same room where there is only 2 of each room, I've never seen any game like it. If I could give it less that one star would do, deleted after a couple of hours of frustration.

You can earn free crystals through various activities and by following us on social media for giveaways. We hope you'll give the game another chance! 💎

A stupid game, extremely frustrating, every upgrade requires gems, don't get enough free gems so to complete levels spending is required, even if you spend more time watching adverts than playing the game you still don't get enough to do the upgrades, some levels requires a minimum gold earned but no matter how fast you complete orders you can't complete it because you need to upgrade to increase cost but you can't upgrade unless you buy gems its the same thing every couple of levels.
