Unfortunately, this game also has an issue with a puzzle rather early on in the game. Shame really as I was enjoying it. Some of the puzzles are far too difficult and some are too easy. I cannot write the letter to give to the parrot. The graphics are glitched/misaligned so it's unresponsive. Another game that will go unfinished. Also these are all big fish games so you have permission to use these under your own name?

Very disappointed that I'm experiencing an issue that was raised in the comments at least 3 years ago! The Potions task does not recognise the correct weight. I put 2 x 2.5 plus the 1.0 weights on one side and the pearl powder and 1.5 weight on the other - totals 6.0 on each side. This is correct, I watched a walkthrough as I thought I was going mad! Closed it down to possibly reset game and now the scales are unbalanced at the start! So I cannot progress further in the game. Please rectify!

I love playing these games, but when I got stuck on a certain part of this game I found the support team very nice at first. But I still couldn't get the right thing to happen. So I emailed again and got a reply telling me, more or less the same solution. So when I had tried several more times It still didn't work so when I asked them again I got a quite abrupt, one line email back saying "Hello, please watch the walkthrough once again. Thank you! So I wont be playing any more of these games
