Good at the start, but there's no way to continuously play or upgrade without spending money. When you don't complete a level, even when you've earned 800+ coins, you only get given 50 because you didn't complete the level. At this stage upgrades cost 1000 coins plus, so it means you have to lose the level 20 times before you have enough money to upgrade 1 out of 25 items that you need in order to pass the level. There's even a limit on how many ads you can watch (to make you spend money)

The ad is very, very misleading, i really wish games would stop lying about their content. The game is good until you get to a new location and everything becomes way more difficult. Coins are hard to collect, which means upgrades take weeks, if not become impossible entirely. I refuse to spend real money on coins for a game, so oftentimes, these games get deleted quickly. Much like this did. Pointless to play honestly. No thanks. You know your game is ridiculous, It's not worth the time.

Hi! Here are some tips: * Level-up your doctors and upgrade your equipment; * Invest in Revenue upgrades which will help you earn more Coins in a level, and Patience upgrades which make patients wait longer and prolong the level; * Use Boosters; And most importantly, don't give up!

Fun game, ruined by ads. Ads are so long now, it's just not worth playing a game where for every two minutes of play you are forced to watch at least 1 minute of ads. I know they need to fund it and don't mind that, but other games have found ways to incentivise as watching instead of forcing it on players like this. Shame, because the game itself actually plays very well.
