this is replacing my initial views and review. at 1st it was brilliant, the process from shopping to payment was quite fast BUT since then I have missed 2 payment months and NOTHING has been confirmed or processed since aprox 7th June. the amount "pending" fluctuates at times drastically, it is not easy to report these issues and find out why, I know it can take a few weeks in case of any rerurns/refunds etc but I mainly use just eat and if there has been a problem I settle it that day.

Thank you for this feedback. It typically takes 3–14 weeks for pending Cash Back to be confirmed. This waiting period exists in case of returns, exchanges, exclusions or other changes to the qualifying order(s).

No cashback on 1st Lego purchase, filed a claim, got as a goodwill gesture. Bought a 2nd order, got no cashback, told that Lego need to give credit. Contacted Lego and they gave me the invoice, Rakuten said it wasn't enough, Lego told me it's all they can do. I tried emailing support multiple times, still got no cashback. The crazy thing is that I sent a video of my entire purchase as proof of the order through Rakuten. Tried contacting help multiple times, never get actual help.

All the time the app is crashing. it says oops message all the time. I can't see the offers. This app would go to the trash now. Not sure if the development team had tested against different android devices or not. inefficient testing /development team. Below message I see all the time , when I try to open the UK app Oops, there was a slip up We are sorry - it seems we have hit a snag and we are working diligently to resolve the issue.
