Enphase Enlighten

I went live 20/9/24 so it's early days yet but I log on most days and am pleased with the performance. The flow lines don't move. Received first report on 9/10 which stated 'consumption CT not enabled'. Not sure why or what this does but unhappy that it's not been remotely fixed. I am not comfortable opening the control box. Not sure why I import small amounts ànd have battery energy available when I also export larger amounts. I always seem to produce more than I use.

Enphase use cloud services to communicate and remotely manage the batteries. They frequently have problems with this connectivity and on many occasions I've had to manually restart the whole system to get it working. Just today it didn't charge the batteries when I added a new schedule item- IT JUST DOESN'T WORK! I've selected the option to NOT export to the grid, but it still does! I'm totally fed up with this company. I'm now seriously thinking about having this system removed at their expense

Dec 19 update is a mess. Previous clean easy to read app has changed to nearly unusable. Small font. Distracting info e.g. "December" is 7 times on energy page.. Boxes with miniscule writing that jump about (usually half under my finger) & detail to understand the boxes elsewhere on the page! The forward & back buttons rarely work (small & fiddly), & even the done box registers intermittently. old version was limited in detail, but in new it's difficult to find even that data in the muddle.
