I can only agree with what so many others say. It is unreliable and doesn't always recognise when car is plugged in and so doesn't charge and also doesn't reliably charge at off peak times. EON say you have to use it to optimise charging but makes no sense. If like me your cheap charging is from Midnight to 0600 then simply set car or charger to charge between those times. Do that and all is fine. I don't see why you need this app to do that.

It's generally pretty poor. I don't think it's ever actually charged my car to the target 80% regardless of what the starting battery charge was. I spent some time talking to customer service but because the way it charges is so unpredictable customer service were pretty dismissive about the issue. It does still work out cheaper than a standard tariff at least for me but this app and the charging is hot garbage

The links provided for email verification don't work with Outlook, so it's very hard to verify yourself. Now getting past that by using a different email client, the 'connect your charger' task seems impossible. I'm being asked for a 'Drive' password I don't have, with no way to request a reset. Eon seem not to understand the concept of user migration to the new app. Honestly, the app development team needs to be replaced as IT solutions from Eon ever work!
