Cleaning Photo Report

Give every room a clear handover.

Cleaning Photo Report brings before-and-after photographs, cleaning checks and outstanding work into one compact PDF. Designed for independent cleaners, small crews and holiday-property turnovers.

MAKE FOLLOW-UPS VISIBLE
Mark each room as completed, unfinished or needing follow-up. Missing after-photos remain visible in the report. Grouped exceptions help the recipient see what needs attention.

WORK IN GREEK. REPORT IN ENGLISH.
Choose Greek or English for the interface, then independently choose Greek, English or bilingual report labels. Optional separate note fields keep the text you actually write. Notes are not automatically translated.

YOUR WORKFLOW
• Create a job with property, date, client code and operator.
• Add rooms, take photos with your camera or choose from your gallery, then add checks and notes.
• Add your logo and reorder rooms.
• Preview the compact report, save it as PDF using Android Print and select the saved PDF to share.
• Export a project backup, including original images, for later restoration.

LOCAL PROJECTS
Job content stays locally in the app, without a Factory server or app account. Backups and PDFs go where you choose. Keep a private backup before clearing app data or changing devices. Purchase restoration does not restore project photographs.

TRY A COMPLETE JOB
One selected job can be exported free and exported again. The first export selects this job, including if the print dialog is cancelled. The free-job selection is stored per installation. A one-time Google Play purchase unlocks PDF export for other jobs. No subscription. The price is shown by Google Play before purchase; availability depends on your account and region. Editing, previews and project backups remain available.

Previously verified access works offline; connecting to Google Play is required for a new purchase or restoration. Illustrations in the built-in example are sample artwork. No booking-platform integration or team cloud sync.
