Do not pay for any packages it dramatically REDUCES drop rate of special items. I have been testing this for a long time and video recording it so that I have factual proof; as soon as you pay for any extras, drops of special items GOES DOWN whopping 73% very unethical! Obviously the app is designed to make money but its unscrupulous tactics like this that normal players (especially kids) will fall prey to, save your money! An employee confirmed drop rates are manipulated in an interview, AVOID

I really love this game and find it easy, can understand other people's frustrations with the amount of energy needed to get to the final item needed though and the length of time it takes. I have just got a new phone and annoyingly when I've downloaded the app on my new phone it has lost all of my progress. Is there a way of being able to recover it?

Fun to begin with, but takes far too much energy to complete orders. I can go days trying to merge the product I need, spending all my energy, and still not reach it. Getting really fed up and the new update has made it even harder. Additionally, there's no freebie (usually you can get 1 thing per day in these games) and to buy 100 energy costs 20 rubies instead of the usual 10.
