Overall, the app is very clunky. Trying to use the filters is not easy, you generally end up in a loop. When you look at an item, it regularly takes you to the home screen when you go back, meaning you have to go through the filters again. The rewards only ever appear to be 10% off items that are mainly out of stock and takes forever to go through what's included to find nothing I'd want to buy so have thousands of points and nothing to use the on. Generally, another disappointing Asda app!

love Asda clothing/homeware & garden. always good quality and most of the time good pricing. however, the app of late leaves a lot to be desired. I have been trying to order school clothes for 3 days and I am still unable. it says the app needs updating but despite me trying on several occasions it just keeps swirling round saying pending! which is really frustrating at best. sort yourselves out Asda. you're loosing a £200 + order right now and a loyal customer 🤷‍♀️

I do love shopping at George. they have some great items.they're great prices. however, the app itself is very slow and often unresponsive. there's times when I've been searching and then nothing comes up on the page or my entire basket just disappear. I do think the app needs some upgrades to make it more efficient to shop easily
