We recently started a handyman service and use Jobber to keep track of visits, jobs, quotes and invoices. On the whole, very happy with it. Easy to use, has everything you need to keep track of multiple jobs, gives you reminders about overdue invoices and you can attach correspondence and expenses to individual clients. One small quibble. I have the app on my phone so I can keep an eye when not in the office. I've noticed that entries on the calendar via the pc don't always appear on the app.

After checking this out on free trial on my mobile I created a list of what it couldn't do that was needed. However, when I downloaded the base program onto my pc, those extra features were there. The office and mobile version interlink. Once set up with my client base and branding I can really see how this is going to get my 7 yr old business streamlined and slicker. Well thought out program. This has everything I've already been doing BUT in one program.. very slick!

This CRM has a lot of incredible features and is a very important part of our business. That said, I'm disappointed with the app! It crashes often, losing data in whatever quote is being created. Additionally, the calendar interaction from the app is pretty rough. You can't see an entire month view from the app. You can't reorder line items from the app line you can from PC. You can't reorder your pre-set services. These have all been problems for years over multiple different phones.
