I downloaded this game this morning and I haven't even got to the part where I have to pay. I definitely will. Not only is the story good, the gameplay is superb. It is a difficult game, but not frustrating. It has the spirit of both the fighting fantasy game books and the elder scrolls games. Best of all, the designer has made a game which both realises the limitations of the mobile platform, but exploits them to make an almost perfect game. I will review again when I've paid.

Played the first act, and it was longer than I expected! I was after a medieval game with decision-making, and this delivered, with a bit of exploration and simple yet fun turn-based combat. The story has me hooked—I bought the rest of the game today, and I rarely buy mobile games. Hats off to the devs, great work with this! Can’t wait to dive back in and see what lies ahead for the Barnabas brothers. I’ll be sure to check out your other games!

Thanks! Eldrum: Untold is a bit older but is getting a major refresh by the end of October. We're also releasing the third game, Black Dust, in December! Best, Adam

Fantastic, a couple of annoyances for me were, that foraging wasn't a big thing, you can't skin and gut animals you've killed. I didn't see many places to buy medicines so I had to rely on food, I thought buying food was a little bit few and far between too. You get loads of money from the boat at the end of the game.. like what for? You're at the end of the game. Slightly annoying is all. But I bloody loved the game, I would love bigger maps! Exploring the map is super fun!
