Had this app for over a year to monitor a temp. sensor in the greenhouse. Last year I couldn't fault it. The app was responsive and temperatures updated quickly, over Bluetooth or WiFi. The device connection was solid. This year the sensor takes a long time to connect - if at all - requiring constant manual refreshing. Data is also slow to update and I can't reliably use the app to monitor temperatures in real time. It works fine on iOS, so the problem must be with Android and recent updates.

Mostly reliable, for one. Has big districting banner ads and other "rewards" distractions that you can't get rid of. Total nightmare for anyone with ADHD! I would uninstall and just use Google Home, but Google is now extremely unreliable! This is the type of thing that makes you not want to get smart lights. It's supposed to feel seamless!

Shame. The devices are great, but the app is quite bad. It thinks devices are on when they aren't, primarily heater and strip lights, and if you click the OFF button on the app, the whole app crashes. Hex Lights also do not work via WiFi consistently and always seem to require opening before it connects. The rest is okay. Rapid Replacement features work like they are meant to, and so does DIY.
