I forgot my password .I was sent a login link and clicked on link . This takes you back to the app, which just asks you to log in again as before . Won't let me reset password. appalling app. How are you supposed to see your information. Have had to email them .

Can't register to access app. I have tried on numerous occasions to use this newer app and I cannot access it as everytime I try to register it comes up with an error code. It keeps showing a white box with Request failed with status code 403.

nothing works, don't get an email to change password, try to book phone call and wont accept phone number, terrible app.
