Every update logs me out, stopping all messages. Even with email alerts turned on, nothing arrives—not even in spam. I missed vet messages in July and August, only realizing I was logged out when I opened the app by accident to find 2 unread messages. I can't even check past flea and tick treatment dates. If it fails as a basic communication tool, what's the point of this app?

Easy to use, without disturbing staff when they're busy. It's great for booking appointments, ordering prescriptions etc. Working nightshifts, I usually remember to order repeat prescriptions in the middle of the night, which I have no problem doing now. The staff always reply quickly, and you've not got the guilt of taking up their time when there's an emergency going on. A fantastic app.

Definitely easier for repeat prescriptions. Our mobility is very variable and our brains don't always work during office hours. With PetsApp we can get things done for our cats much more efficiently. Also, by creating an account for "roadkill otter" we were able to notify the vet who it was who had left a very large, dead otter by their doorstep in the middle of the night and to ask them to confirm that it was not a lactating one leaving hungry kits orphaned! PetsApp is extremely useful!

What’s new
Links in your wellness plan benefits now open with a tap, and we've caught a couple of bugs while we were at it. Quicker than a dog who's just heard the treat cupboard open.
