despite asking for email to be changed - something they apparently can't do, they eventually assisted me in doing up a new account. today tried to log in, old email that I don't have access to is still in use and new account apparently only signed up for "offers" this is in spite of me being able to view my orders! set up account again - no idea why, and put in my birthday - today - and guess what, no birthday treat. is your going to have apps at least make them useful.

Great app. Irregardless of what you think of the prices, the app and store are great and the staff are nice. I like the simple uncomplicated wishlist. It's a great shopping experience. I collect from the store which brings down the price compared to others who might have a better in store price but have high mailing costs and are not local to me. I also like the occasional discount they throw my way which also brings the cost down (eg. 5 off £15, or the members discounts).

Nice surprise to get £5.00 off for my birthday. Very easy to find what I wanted and some items were in the sale. Plenty of choice of goods and price point the same as other craft outlets and stores. Not all goods are available on delivery, would be better if they all were. They could stipulate that your basket had to be over a certain amount such as £25
