I was using this app very successfully for YEARS with my sammix digital frame. Looks like they did some major update. My old account needs to be unbound so I can reactivate and I can't get any help or I don't know how. I'm so sad. I can't send any photos anymore. 💔 Just reached through e mail. If they help, I'll change my review.

cloudephotoframe has stopped working and wont work. had it for years and the pop up wont come off the screen. I've restarted, I've restarted app, I rebooted, and left it unplugged for a day. not sure what they did to the new updates but it made things worse. use to love this app, sucks. family will have to text photos instead of a nice surprise.

I can't upload new photos to the frame. everything is updated and I've rebooted multiple times. this is the second time this has happened. junk.
