My one star rating isn't about the app, the app is good, however, the service offered is very lacking. Whilst the support is good if you need help, expect your food to be delayed and usually delivered cold at every occasion. This isn't JustEat, UberEats or Deliveroo, that's for sure. It took an hour and half for food to come 4 minutes down the road (fast food).

Changing language is really difficult. Mastercard payment not working. It tells you only AT THE END OF THE ORDER that the restaurant is closed. I tired to order five times, it never worked and the coupon that was mentioned became even inactive after trying to use it. The only way to make it work was to use credit card on delivery.

Two riders couldn't accept various card payments. They said there was a Yemeksepeti system issue! They kept me waiting for over a hour, in the end I paid cash, paying double what the food was worth, just to resolve the issue. The food was as you can imagine cold after this time. Never will I use this service again. WORST SERVICE EVER! If I could give zero stars I would... 👎👎👎👎👎
