2 months later. 2 Tickets pulled. Still non-functional. Basically non-functional since the data breach. Clearly engineers are busy with other stuff and totally neglecting their responsibilities here. Discussion forums no longer work properly, the 2FA system is super glitchy and is forcing log in with every page change, and the app is not sending push notifications. Support doesn't care.

This app is almost worthless. No matter how fast your internet, this app is so slow. It takes almost a full minute for it to load student assignments. Speed grader doesn't work at all. Basically, all functions in the app are at least 3 times slower than going in through the internet. What an utter waste of time.

I have been using this app for several years as a supplement to grading on the go when not near a computer. Unfortunately, after the updates performed last year, I am no longer able to scroll through my list of students within the grading window and have to back out every time. Sometimes, the app doesn't score the assessed rubric and has longer than anticipated loading delays. Overall, these bugs need to be fixed as there are a lot of options for grading now that are dumbing down the basics.
