Looked great at first, but like most apps they entice you and then BAM! there's a catch, there is a subscription. I guess it's true what they say you don't get anything for free. I thought I'd give it a go as it's not a lot of money really, especially if you want proper lessons. I found it impossible to play and for the app to hear my guitar as I played the notes. I don't want to practice with my amp full blast for the app to hear the notes and it hardly ever heard my notes. Too frustrating.

Can't do much, you learn the Em chord and then you need to pay for everything else. Whenever I see ads for the app, they always say it's free, and while technically downloading it is free, you cannot get much further than that without spending money. Other than that, the app seems genuinely helpful and I just wish it was actually free so that I could use it.

The lessons themselves are really good. However, this is not a good way to learn songs or how to play the guitar. The app dosent pick up notes or sounds very well at all, making this exremely infuriating. It is also irritating that you cannot even finnish the first lesson without having to pay for premium, and I really regret doing so. As well as not being able to hear the chords, the notes are off time to the actual song through out. Honestly, I would not reccomend.
