Terrible service. I run a restaurant and partnered with Menulog, but they charged an outrageous 28% service fee for what turned out to be very poor service. Unfortunately, I had no other option but to use Menulog for my business.

Even one star is more than what they diserve , we have been asking for 24 min prepration time for the food , as we are working with charcoal in our restaurant. I HAVE PHONED THEM 100 TIMES , explained the situation and asked them to change the prepration time to 24 min , however the day after it will go back to 9 min again and again and again. They need to investigate a lot more on the app , it would have been a lot easier if we could have choose how long do we need to get the food ready notthem
